Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

1. Access to Volishon products and services is contingent upon the payment of a monthly subscription cost of $34.95.  All new user accounts are subject to a one time setup fee of $100-$115. The monthly Volishon customer agrees that the payment method they provide will be billed $34.95 every 30 days until and unless that user cancels his/her subscription with Volishon.

 

 

2. Users may cancel their subscription at any time and for any reason simply by logging into their Volishon account and clicking on the “Personal Info” link where they are required to follow the “Terminate Membership” link to cancel their subscription. Once the account subscription has been cancelled and the subscription fee has lapsed the user will no longer be able to access the products.

 

 

3. Volishon offers a three (3) day 100% refund policy on the $100-$115 setup fee. The customer must cancel the subscription within 3 days of the initial purchase to be eligible for a full refund. After the  3 day period, the user is no longer eligible for a refund either partial or full of the $100-$115 setup fee.

 

 

4. A 30 day refund policy applies to each monthly, biannual and yearly subscription payment. The user may cancel their subscription within 30 days of the most recent charge and be eligible for a prorated refund for that month's subscription fee only for monthly subscriptions.

 

5. Full Refunds are only given if the 3 day eligibility requirement is met and if the refund is requested. To request a refund, the user must send an email to our customer support team at: support@Volishon .com and include their Volishon username or ID number.
